Kacey's Buffet

Food is always fresh here! I go here for vegetables and they are always good. This is an update. I really love that they have beans and a variety of vegetables. I'm not sure if it's vegetarian because of the stock, but I do know their food is not salty. This is one of the places I'm going to hate giving up when I'm completely plantbased. As far as decor, it could use an update. It hasn't been really updated since the last restaurant, and it's been here for years. Lastly the staff are always good!

Y'all this buffet is actually really good. True home cooked food. Everything that I ate was delicious ... The food is seasoned and has a great taste. We'll definitely be back. Food is fresh and comes out often and hot ...

In this place you're going to get country-style American food in a very clean restaurant Don't expect too much season because there are a lot of elderly people that eat there. The exception for when I was there was the red beans and rice which was delicious. And you can get a meal with a drink, not an alcoholic, and be out for only 17. And that's a bargain.

First the sweet tea is so good! I had corn bread, mash potatoes & gravy. Chicken is so moist perfectly done. Mac @ cheese, corn, the apple cobbler and banana pudding is a plus. They have a fresh salad bar. The lovely waitress was really nice. The place is so clean and the bathrooms. She said the menu for the meat changes everyday. There is takeout available

Claudia at Kacey's Buffet in Tallahassee may be the best waitress EVER! Not only did my tea never get less than 1/4 empty, but she also topped off my Louisiana Hot Sauce before it even got half way down "The Original" sticker!!! She is on her A Game!!! (AND they have REALLY GOOD Fried Chicken!)

Loved it! Not like your typical china buffet... Think Sunday dinner. Meatloaf chicken fried green tomatoes .... Clean, fast fresh. 14 stuff yourself .

Really good food. A large selection of vegetables. Real mashed potatoes. Nice size salad bar but save room for the fried chicken. Returned on 3-12-22 Have not been for 2 years it is better than ever. Lots of hot fresh food and great waiter. I will be back and you should too. Its time for an update. I have been back now numbers of time in the past year. I want to tell you if you want true southern country cooking. The Friday Shepherd's pie is amazing. And if you like chicken and dumplings you will want more. The wait staff is always available and will keep your glass full. And let's talk about fried Chicken. Of course we all know that their is no finer Fried Chicken then Mary Brown's but Kayce's is close second. I am happy yet sad when I leave because I know that's the longest time before I get back. went for lunch w a friend and it was a great price for really quality food ! everything was pretty good, the mac n cheese wasn’t my fave but i prefer baked mac, but it was still good ! overall the best to me was definitely the fried chicken, it was super crunchy and delicious ! all the food was very fresh too, they didn’t let anything sit out and get meh. aside from the fried chicken, i loved the desserts ! i tried the yellow cake with chocolate icing, the brownies, and the oreo pudding (i think that’s what it was ?) and they were all suuuuuuper tasty, i went back for seconds of the cake. friendly staff too, overall good vibes n clean place, nice atmosphere. def will be coming back ! :)
